At selected tradeshows and events Element Six may hold competition for visitors to enter for a chance to win a prize.

Any participant entering an Element Six competition via our lead retrieval app understands and accepts the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Element Six will only accept one entry per person. Element Six, De Beers Group, Anglo American and Umicore staff are excluded from entering the competition.
2. To submit your entry you must use the Element Six lead retrieval app. Please ask a member of the Element Six staff if you would like to enter. All submissions must be entered during the selected event at the Element Six booth.
3. The correct competition answer will be calculated by Element Six staff, ahead of the event and will be kept confidential until the competition is over. 
4. The winner will be informed by telephone or email at the end of the event. We will not contact other participants in relation to the competition unless the initial winner does not claim the prize. If the initial winner does not reply and claim the prize a week after the event finishes, we will then contact the next person in line to claim it.
5. We may announce the winner on our social media channels after the prize has been claimed, unless specifically asked not to.
6. By submitting your contact details on our lead retrieval app, you accept to be added to our database and receive future communications about relevant products and services offered by E6. If you no longer wish to hear from us, you will be able to unsubscribe at any point from our mailing list. For further information, pleased review our Privacy Policy.
7. The winner will be the person who has guessed the correct or closest to the correct amount in related guess-based competitions. If multiple people have guessed the correct answer, we will do a blind draw to select the winner.
8. We will give the prize at the event, if possible, or we will post the prize to the winner, the cost of postage will be covered by Element Six. If local shipping restrictions do not allow for the prize to be shipped to the winner's country, we will provide a suitable alternative prize.
